Chateau Merrimack Hotel & Spa Tyngsboro, Tyngsboro

My stay was quite disappointing compared to my previous visits. The new owners have made some updates, but the customer service really let things down. Although the room looked nice, the spa and dining experiences were underwhelming, influenced by a lack of attention to cleanliness. I had high hopes for this hotel, but it's clear that improvements are still needed.
